The RoleThe RoleOur client, a government real estate & development company, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to reinforce their team. 1. Preparation and review of feasibility studies which includes preparation of projected financial statements. Calculation of payback period, IRR. And evaluation of various scenarios to arrive at the business model. 2. Prepare profitability forecast for projects 3. Valuation of land 4. Sensitivity analysis of cash flow forecasts to determine the future needs and be actively involved in decision making process. 5. Project Costing, ability to do cost control statements |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for the position, you must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent understanding of real estate business and of UAE market is a must. Previous work experience on Oracle would be an advantage. You must be a team player and you must have excellent communication skills. |
