Job description / Role

My client offers the opportunity to work and grow within a multinational leading insurance organisation with offices based in the DIFC

The Role:
- To ensure the efficient, accurate and smooth operation of the EMEA Employee Benefits
department reporting directly to the Head of Employee Benefits to perform his/her duties.

Requirements

The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Business Monitoring and Reporting
- Read and analyze P&L (Profit & Loss) Statements
- Designing of Reports
- Updating Reports
- Report Analysis
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across the different reports
- Presentations
- Research
- Design
- Cross Functional Communication
- Liaise with Senior Executives / their PAs in the Region and Country/Territory
- Coordination of correspondence from other territories
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and finance
- Bachelors degree
- Responsible, mature and conscientious
- Good planning and prioritization skills
- Sound Analysis Skills
- Dynamic, self-disciplined
- High levels of integrity
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
