Job description / Role
The client is a boutique investment firm with offices in Dubai and London who specialise in commercial real estate investments with a focus on the UK and USA markets. They are looking to bring on board a finance professional who has financial analysis experience in commercial real estate for investment potential in the UK, EU and the USA for their office in Dubai.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience working in the financial services sector
- Previous experience in working on US and/or UK real estate investment deal analysis, ideally commercial, is an absolute must (please explain in covering letter your previous experience in dealing with the US and UK real estate markets to be considered)
- Thorough experience in writing and presenting pitches to investors.
- Detailed cash flow analysis
- Previous experience working in investment banks in the region would be a plus
- A finance related bachelors degree at a minimum, CFA is highly desirable
- Currently in the GCC
