Financial Controller (Construction)

Job description / Role

The Company
One of our client, a leading group active within the Construction sector, is actively looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Dubai.
You will be working closely with the General Manager and the VP Finance.

The Role

As a financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Budgeting, Forecasting
- Cost accounting
- Financial analysis
- Profitability analysis
- Coordinating preparation of Financial Statements (Month-end/Quarter-end/Year-end)

Requirements

The Person

MUST HAVE at least 5 years' experience in Finance, related position.
Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting. A MBA is a plus, and/or Qualified (CPA, ACCA, CMA, ...)
MUST HAVE experience related to the Construction sector

Salary
AED 25000 - 30000
