This role demands the skills and experience of a fully fledged Finance Manager who understands the intricacies of financial controls, budgets, reporting and cash management, ideally in a real estate or property development setting. The role is Dubai based and relationship building with stake holders will be a feature of the work. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe are looking for an intelligent person with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to quickly master the full scope of financial management responsibility of a high value business. You must have a lot of drive and initiative and a solid background in accounting and finance. You must be degree qualified in accounting, finance or commerce, and ideally would be a chartered accountant or equivalent. You will be comfortable creating and presenting information to senior audiences but critically you will have an eye for detail in our cash flow and financial operations. |
