The RoleThe RoleYou will join a start-up Manufacturing Business of a reputable group. This is a challenging hands on position based in Dubai. The Financial Controller role reports directly to the MD. You will be involved in setting up and managing operations of the Finance Department, including Planning and Reporting, Accounting and Costing, and have overall responsibility for developing and tracking budgets and supporting the organisation in minimising costs while maximising performance and profitability as well as the following: Manage operations of the Finance Department, including Planning and Reporting, Accounting and Costing. Overall responsibility for developing and tracking budgets and supporting the organisation in minimising costs while maximising performance and profitability To assist in developing coherent financial Business plans, budgets and procedures, ensure consistency in financial standards and reporting Setting up and managing treasury function and building relationships with banks |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for the role you must have/be: CA Qualified At least 10 years Finance Management experience within large Manufacturing Business is essential Previous experience with setting up/managing Finance in a startup Manufacturing Plant would be highly desirable ERP systems experience/knowledge Proven track record of establishing fruitful relationships with banks |
