Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Semi Government- based outside Abu Dhabi (need a car)

Duties:
Planning and Budgeting : Drive the process and put all information for P&l, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow together
Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of budget
Constant improvement of planning and budgeting tools
Actuals and Forecasting : Generate transparent picture of the actual situation and evaluate & update forecasts
Analysis of financial information, set targets and define measures
Accuracy and quality of analysis
Pinpointing of actual and potential financial deviations and risks
Effectiveness of defined measures and successful tracking of completion
Generate monthly reports external / internal as well as extra-reports (e.g. financial board material, year-end presentation, special CEO reports)
Accuracy and completeness of the reports
Timeliness of preparation of the reports

Requirements

Understanding and awareness of key business functions and processes
Knowledge and awareness of the organization's Financial policies and procedures
Knowledge of Budgeting & Reporting techniques, budget planning, and cost-benefit analysis
Knowledge and understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
Risk management
Computer literacy
English language skills (Oral and written)
Arabic language skills (Oral and written)

Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or equivalent, MBA is preferred
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CMA, CPA, ACCA, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
3+ Years of relevant experience in a similar role in similar industry / industrial environment
Experience in development and administration of operating or capital expense budgets
Operating Environment:
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to deal with work-related deadlines, accountabilities and responsibilities
Must be able to work under frequent job pressure generated by short and inflexible deadlines
Must be able to work independently and under time constraints

Salary 16-19,000 AED (dep experience)
