Job description / Role

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Preparing, reviewing and presenting annual budgets
- Preparing, reviewing and presenting mid-term budget
- Maintaining and updating consolidated business plans
- Maintaining and updating business plan

Financial modelling, forecasting, analysis and reporting
- Evaluating project pricing proposals
- Budget reporting
- Fund raising of expansion projects
- Conducting business analysis
- Operational KPI reporting
- Preparing finance board meeting slides
- Preparing financial models

Investor relationship management
- Maintaining and updating lenders financial models
- Compiling and issuing lenders reports
- Ensuring lenders covenants are met as per the credit agreements
- Consulting with with lenders technical consultants and facility agents

Treasury and cash management planning
- Preparing forecasted cash flow in order to effectively optimise the cash management
- Optimising the return on surplus cash balance
- Reviewing of the hedging policy (from cash flow perspective)
- Raising working capital facilities (funded and non-funded)

IT skills
- Using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports

Extensive use of MS Excel financial functions

Requirements

- Arabic speaker
- Dynamic and approachable personality
- Experience in the telecoms industry is highly advantageous
- Staff management experience
- Chartered Accountant (CPA/CMA)
- Technically excellent
- Big 4 trained is preferred
- Excellent time-management skills


Salary: AED 50-55k/month
