Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Analyze and develop store results.
• Permanent monitoring of store KPI.
• Budget and historic variances analysis.
• Recommend corrective action plans.
• Provide information and forecast to store’s performances.
• Anticipate the risks
• Challenge stores’ team by controlling, reporting and analyzing.
• Be the referent person for all in-store financial purposes.
• Cost control

Requirements

• Fluency in English is obligatory, French is advantageous
• Results Oriented
• Organized
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High Sense of responsibility
• High ability to solve complex problem in a prompt and effective manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player
• Master degree required
• Experience 2-3 years in a Hypermarket environment is advantageous
