The RoleThe RoleFinancial Controller Cairo Festival City Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.We need to recruit an experienced Egyptian National Financial Controller to work on the Cairo Festival City Team. This role demands the skills and experience of a fully fledged finance controller who understands the intricacies of financial controls, budgets, reporting and cash management, ideally in a real estate or property development setting. The role is Cairo based and relationship building with stake holders including banks will be a feature of the work. You will need to report locally to management but within a financial policy and standards framework set by the owners. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou must be an Egyptian National to be considered for this role. We are looking for an intelligent person with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to quickly master the full scope of financial management responsibility of a high value business. You must have a lot of drive and initiative and a solid background in accounting and finance. You must be degree qualified in accounting, finance or commerce, and ideally would be a charted accountant or equivalent. You will be comfortable creating and presenting information to senior audiences. |
