The Role


Financial Controller – CA Qualified

Our client, a diversified conglomerate in the UAE, has an immediate requirement for a Financial Controller in their Dubai corporate office.

To qualify for this role you must be an assertive and dynamic individual with a drive to be instrumental in business growth and expansion.

Instrumental in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the finance, accounting and treasury function.

Ensures compliance with statutory and auditing requirements.

Overall financial analysis of business performance and reporting to Senior Management on the same.

Coordination and preparation of annual budgets including OPEX and CAPEX.

Budget variations and forecasts to be reviewed and presented in detailed Management reports.

Asset Management and ensuring that all company assets are effectively accounted for and monitored accurately.

Instrumental in overseeing financial regulations and ensuring statutory compliance.

Effective communication with banks, managing banking relationships and involvement with the Treasury function pertaining to funding requirements and cash management.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree and qualified Chartered Accountant

Minimum of 10-15 years in finance

Experience in property and real estate would be preferred

Exposure to banking relationships and the treasury function

Excellent communication and presentation skills
