Job description / Role
The Company
My client, a Supply Chain solutions provider based in Dubai and operating all over the world, is currently looking for a Finance Controller.
The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and work closely with the Managing Director as well as the Board of Directors.
The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will oversee and manage Finance and Accounting function
- You will develop finance and accounting policies/procedures
- You will prepare annual budget, forecast and ensure Management reports are completed
- You will coordinate and work closely with Legal and Corporate service teams
Requirements
The Person
- Must have at least 6 - 12 years Financial experience. Exposure to Legal/Contracts issues would be ideal
- Senior/Managerial level in a corporate finance position and experienced with Board meetings, Board resolutions, ...
- Audit background in a BIG4 is highly appreciated
- Must be proactive and have excellent communications skills
