Financial Controller

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading technology and IT outsourcing company, is looking for a passionate and intelligent Financial Controller to join their team here in Dubai.

Responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements the Financial Controller will play a key part in the management of the businesses finances.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Financial statement review and analysis on a monthly and quarterly/annual basis
- Review the monthly account reconciliations
- Liaise and coordinate with the external auditors
- Prepare and analyse monthly budget variations
- Prepare monthly forecasts for the company
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing the annual budgets
- Prepare and review business cases for customer proposals
- Assist the product teams in managing project accounting portfolios
- Special projects

Requirements

- Six to eight years' experience at a managerial level.
- Candidates holding a Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, etc. will be preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience within a well reputed organisation.
