Financial Controller - Dubai
Our client a leading European freight forward and logistics company are looking to recruit a Financial Controller for there Dubai operation.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experiences.
- Responsible for the quality of internal control.
- Provides the Financial Director with reliable decision-making financial information.
- Manages the staff of the accounting department (4/5 staff).
- Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax laws.
- Highly experienced in transaction processing, system implementation.
- Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax laws.
- Ensure that transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
- 5 or 8 years experience in accounting, finance; Strong in commercial finance is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- Highly numerate, analytical with good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably MALE.
- Can Start Immediately.
- Should have good communication in English (both written/ spoken) & negotiation skills.
- English speaking and writing is a MUST, knowledge of any other European languages would be an advantage.
- Computer Hardware savvy.
- Experienced at working in an accounting focused environment.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing business environment.
- Used to working in a team environment.
- Western candidates are preferred.
Salary - 18.5K AED per month all inclusive plus standard benefits.
