Job description / Role
Financial Controller - Jeddah
- To analyse financial viability for new projects, expansions and investments.
- To prepare bankable feasibility studies for new projects, expansions, investments.
- To structure and raise the required finance for new projects expansions, investments etc.
- To establish effective Management Financial Reporting ERP System. And to continuously develop it to according to the changing needs of the business.
- To structure and negotiate prospective joint ventures / takeovers etc.
- To implement effective internal controls, ensure full compliance with it and enhance the feasibility studies
- To accurately establish a financial dashboard to report monthly profit & loss, balance sheet for each project, budget vs actual and variance summary. Will be responsible for leading strategic, tactical planning, development, and Controlling Finance function across Saudi region.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis, Financial Controls and Operational compliance, Commercial Statutory Compliances related to Real Estate industry, Consolidated Budgets and ensuring Budgetary controls.
- Provide active support in developing organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance from a reputable University.
- Chartered Accountant / Masters Degree in Business Management / Financial Management from
- leading international university
- 10- 12 years of experience in a relevant functional area.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
