The RoleThe RoleServcorp, an international leader in executive serviced & virtual offices, is expanding rapidly across Saudi Arabia and requires an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Accounts team in Jeddah. Servcorp currently operates globally in 21 countries in 120 locations with our Head Office based in Sydney Australia. We are also listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Job Responsibilities: •Oversee the entire accounts function in Saudi Arabia & Lebanon •Manage an Assistant Accountant •Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month end reporting •Manage the year end / half year end audit •Manage the cash flow requirements of the growing business •Ensure the accurate and timely payment of the various payroll and income taxes in your area •Work with project managers to ensure new locations are constructed on budget •Report directly to the Group Financial Controller in Sydney •Dotted line report to the General Manager |
RequirementsRequirementsThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented CA /CPA qualified Financial Controller to join our dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience and be able to work to tight deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic a must. The desired candidate will have a proven record of working in a team with excellent references. Salary range from SAR 12,000 – SAR 15,000 per month commensurate with experience.
