The Role


The Role

A leading client of KPMG Oman is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller for a Special Economic Zone in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement the strategic financial plan
To establish best accounting practices and control systems.
- Control all financial functions including (but not limited to) budgeting, MIS, Treasury and Accounting.
- Partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement financial and strategic policies across the organization.

Requirements


Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance/Accounts and professional qualification (ACA/CPA/Others).
- Minimum 10 years of work experience (with 4-5 years of work experience in similar role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Proven ability to both lead a team as well as work as part of a team
