Employment: Full Time

- Financial reporting,
- Analytical review & analysis,
- Management reporting and Dashboard,
- General Ledger Control,
- Taxation,
- Statutory Compliances (including Statutory audit etc)
- Monthly Closing;
- Quarterly and Yearly Closing,
- Training and Development to Finance Staff,
- Budgeting and Budgetary control,
- Banking,
- Cash and Treasury Management,
- Fund Management,
- Due Diligence,
- Risk Analysis and Management including Insurances (other than medical)
- Benchmarking,
- Inter Dept,
- Coordination,
- Ammendments,
- Developments and Implementation of P&Ps.
- Helping management/FD to develop and implement the strategy; optimizing the Accounting and Reporting System (GP),
- Interface with the ERP implementation Team (Oracle)
- Monitoring sub-ordinates tasks.
- Leading special tasks assigned by FD/Management.
- Other works/assignment required to optimise the quality reporting and branding of the Finance Department

Requirements

- Must possess a minimum of an international recognised professional degree - eg: ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, CPA, ACWA
- You must have a minimum of 10 years experience within a financial management position.
- You must be highly skilled in Financial and Management reporting on ERP platform
- Experienced in designing the management Reports and Dashboards
- Hands on in Budgeting, Financial Modeling (Exel based) and high level analysis
- Competent to lead and guide a professional finance team of 5-10
- Experienced in driving the management strategy
- Capable of delivering during the pick reporting time under pressure and before the deadlines.
- Must have experience of writing Policies and Procedures
