Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading government back developer based in Doha, Qatar are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The role will include the following -

* Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and business plan in line with the overall company strategy and objectives.
* Assist in the development of the annual financial budget and plan.
* Consolidate the budget for the financial year and to assist departments in budget preparations.
* Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial and budgetary laws.
* Establish and enforce financial controls.
* Monitor the financial performance of all departments.

Candidates must have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and will preferably have masters degree in a similar subject. Candidates should have at least 15 years experience in the financial management field and must have experience as a financial manager in the Qatar market. candidates will have preferably worked for a developer and will have experience of working for a government organisation.
