Job description / Role
We are in urgent need of a Financial Modeler with extensive experience in the Solar Power plant sector.
Responsible for producing Operational Financial Models for the PPP/PFI projects including providing financial advice to the company board, undertaking valuation of investments.
Responsible for financial modeling including potential joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions in the Power Generation & renewable industry.
Advice on key metrics, run sensitivities and interpret various scenarios on behalf of the proponent organization and assisting in the development, structuring and financing of Renewable energy projects
Financial Modelling includes both Transaction Modelling (e.g. modelling transactions such as a fund raising, valuations, M&A and option appraisals) and Operational Modelling (modelling business operational requirements such as budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting and consolidation tools).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Power Engineering provided the candidate meets the above experience in the business, economics & finance. Additional qualification can include MBA shall be preferred.
- 7-12 Years of proven experience in the similar industry (Solar Power)
- Advance Computer Excel modulation and Software
