The Role


The Role


Job Purpose:
Manage the budgeting, treasury, Planning and forecasting functions for the company. Build capability through investments in process and people.

Responsibilities:
-Management of all company’s existing and future investment.
-Interact with all functions to get inputs on budget and preparation of other reports / forecasts.
-Periodic updates to company’s investors and clarifications on other queries.
-Establish work programs for financial planning, budgeting and investment ; Building capabilities for the function to deliver as per expectations.
- Develop annual budget, ensuring funding of all activities, monitor expenditure against approval levels and provide justification for significant variations.
-Conduct budget forecasting activities as input for next year budget and also for mid course correction.
-Manage and oversee the treasury function in delivering effective liquidity and cash management services as well as management of funds and investments.
-Direct, motivate and develop reporting staff to insure that performance is managed, customer service values are emphasized, and that activities are carried out adequately.
-Lead the ERP (ORACLE) Finance Module.
-Provide inputs into the annual business plan and strategy plan.
-Participation in company’s various committees.
-Develop and maintain external contacts in the financial planning and investments filed to keep well informed about developments in financial situation.

Requirements

-Bachelor in Finance.
-CMA/CFM/CPA (Desired).
-Good knowledge in accounting.
-Fluency in Arabic & English.
-At least 5 years of experience in managing funds.
-At least 3 years of experience within Arab world countries.
-At least 10 years of overall work experience.
