Overview
Multinational FMCG Company is looking for a strong Finance professional to be responsible for the Financial Reporting, analysing, and accounting the performance of the GCC region.

The Role
•Compile accurate and timely management reporting to ensure interpretation of results is accurate.
•Assist in preparing the 10 year plan and the quarterly and annual business and budget reviews.
•Support the management planning and reporting process across the GCC;
•Collect KPI’s on financial performance to assist with decision making
•Strong analysis which includes actual versus budget, changes in budgets, and productive reconciliation reports.
•HFM and SAP uploading and inputting their date requirements into the system
•Provide accurate and timely financial information against budget to the GCC management on a monthly basis.
•Responsible for all monthly forecasting, presenting monthly financial performance.
•Implementation and use of financial information to support business strategy

Requirements

•General knowledge of the budgeting cycle, good interpretation of financial statements, and a good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
•Computer literate, including experience in Microsoft Office products (SAP, HFM are preferred);
•Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
•Leadership skills
•Minimum of 3 years similar experience
•Pro-active, motivator and team player.
•Very strong in Analytical skills
•MUST have FMCG experience.
