Job description / Role
Your job will include, but not limited to the following:
* Updates existing financial Policies, Procedures and Processes within Finance Division.
* Provides necessary assistance to the Senior Financial Procedure analyst staff. Â
* Researches the current financial Policies, Procedures and Processes for improvements as directed.
* Undertakes assignments, instructions or tasks given by the Sr. Financial Procedures Analyst.
* Updates financial policies, procedures and processes as directed by the senior staff.
* Maintains all the files relating to financial policies, procedures and processes according to best practice standards.
* Supports the implementation of approved improvements within Finance Division as suggested in audit reports and/or instructed by the Senior Management.
* Supports the communication of latest financial policies, procedures and processes to all relevant process owners.
* Maintains up-to-date financial policies, procedures and processes in the company Intranet as the single point of reference.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor in Accounting.
* 4 years related experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio).
* Good typing skills and document formatting such as creating templates.
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
