The RoleThe RoleLeading Banking organisation has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager. Job Purpose: The Financial Reporting Manager will oversee all the activities of the regulatory reporting and Statuary reporting Also, make sure that all these activities are in line with the Finance Value chain and Bank’s strategies and with the internal policies and procedures and the rules and regulations of the respective regulatory authorities and the banking industry’s best practices Specific Duties: Review and approve the Bank’s daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements. Ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards, SOCPA, SAMA regulations and the Bank’s policies and procedures. Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures. Comply with the corporate information security policies & procedures relevant to his role. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: 10-15 years of related experience and a minimum of five years in a similar position in financial institutions or a bank CPA certificate required and (CMA is an advantage) Master Degree in accounting and / or finance Knowledge of Saudi Arabian Regulations, Banking and Finance best practices and SAMA reporting requirements The total package is SAR.45,000 per month + Bonus + Benefits. |
