Financial Risk Analyst

With demand in our Power Networks sector continually growing we are looking to appoint Financial Risk Analyst
Job location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Financial risk analysts identify and analyses the areas of potential risk threatening the organizations. He may contribute of forecasting costs to the organization and predicting change and future trends.
The Financial Risk Analyst will be responsible for the development process with a clear statement of purpose. Design, logic, theory as well as the mathematical specification and the numerical techniques and approximations pertaining to the different models should be documented and supported by published research and sound industry practice.
Ensure that the implemented models are functioning effectively and assess performance over time as conditions and model applications change.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in mathematical, programming and/or optimization or equivalent. Additional postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
7 years of experience in analytical, statistical and mathematical knowledge and skills.
Very good acquisition of English and Arabic language. Advanced communication skills.
Very good interpersonal, organizational, adaptability, planning, and team building skills.
Computer literate with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
