The RoleThe RoleASA's Marketing leading consultancy company is seeking to recruit 8 Financial Services Risk Seniors. As a FSRM Senior, you’ll have some exposure to competency in credit, market or capital management areas. you will technically contribute to FSRM client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to assist in developing propositions and researches related to financial industry and actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships. You’ll also Identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements. Similarly, you will anticipate and identify risks and raise any issues with senior members of the team. In line with our commitment to quality, you will determine that work is of a high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. |
RequirementsRequirementsTechnical expertise requirements (some experience in one or more of the below areas) • Work experience in risk management within Consultancy or recognized financial institution. • Knowledge of various financial instruments. • Experience of Regulatory Software Implementations. • Statistical and numerical techniques and the principles of the theory of probability and stochastic calculus. • Knowledge of quantitative risk management approach, eg, economic capital, operational, credit or market risk. • Ability to execute C++ / SAS/Visual Basic / Algo/Excel routines and analytical programming requirements. • Possess knowledge of capital market products, methodologies and financial analytics including understanding of the key concepts of derivative instrument pricing and risk measurement. Additional requirements • Track record with a blue chip consulting firm or financial institution. • Strong academic record in Econometrics, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or Physics. (post graduate degree is preferable). • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills. • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic (preferred, but not a must). |
