Financial Risk Officer – Derivatives

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a European private bank based in the DIFC, Swisslinx is currently seeking a Financial Risk Officer ( Derivatives ) to join their offices in Dubai.

In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, maintaining and respecting set risk limits and parameters, pricing, trading and risk monitoring systems, and meeting budget targets (P&L).

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• Previous experience of risk management systems (ideally Front Arena)
• Experience in ensuring that set risk limits and risk parameters are respected
•Experience implementing products correctly with the risk monitoring system
• 2+ years experience in or knowledge of financial sector
• University degree in finance/ economics/ or mathematics/ physics with a finance degree
• Languages – Fluency in English and German preferred
