Job description / Role
Our client, a top consulting company, is looking for candidates who have experience in banking/financial services strategy.
* Develop a deep understanding of how the company's clients operate to create value and architect change
* Create, influence and deliver transformative ideas that drive action by presenting ideas in an effective, clear and compelling way
* Conduct rigorous analyses to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement
* Design processes, conduct research, support change management and perform quantitative analysis
* Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative solutions for sustained growth and profitability
* Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues
* Conduct rigorous analyses to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement
* Leverage the companys global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value
* Build functional and industry expertise
* Participate in the development of personnel through project leadership responsibilities and mentoring
Requirements
* Bachelors Degree
* 8-10 years experience , preferably big 4
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
* Strategy consulting experience in the banking/financial services sector, functional and/or strategic experience including financial and data modeling skills
* Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in one or more industries
* Superior academic achievement and proven leadership qualities
* Strong problem solving, structuring and analytical skills
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
* Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements, when applicable
