Sadara Chemical Company is an exciting joint venture between Saudi Aramco, one of the leading energy suppliers to the world, and The Dow Chemical Company a leading science and Technology Company of the world. Sardara will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase establishing a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added performance products encompassing 26 manufacturing plants. The integrated complex based in Al Jubayl, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Role:
- Reporting in to the Business Finance Manager, Lead all Sadara profit and business financial planning and reporting activities.
- Provide business analysis and business finance support to all Sadara business units.
- Lead the enterprise forecasting process and performance tracking and analysis; liaise with project controller and program project control office to develop the overall Sadara company expenses and capital database, tracking of spending profile, performance analysis against plan, quantitative and qualitative variances analysis.
- Lead the annual profit and budgeting process and the rolling 5 year mid-range business planning process.
- Provide business analysis and economic evaluation to 3rd party projects, value park projects, joint ventures, and supply chain projects; coordinate to obtain other finance functional supports as needed.
- Develop models to forecast and reconcile pricing from the various agreements to track and forecast costs.
- Support CFO in preparing update, reports and presentation to the Management Committee and Board of Directors.
- Develop the Sadara business value centres/performance centres management reporting system (i.e. business income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements).
- Represent the Strategic Planning function in multifunctional task forces and project teams.
- Provide expert advice on the development of new policies & procedures for different areas of the Finance function.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
- Master in Business Administration or specialized certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in English and Arabic is preferred.
