Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

BOFC Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & update Consolidation Rules for all categories of Conso
- Control Scopes, Exchange Rates and consolidations definitions
- CRP validations (FA-WIP movements and follow up new opened store WIP reclass, changes in equity, report totaling, CF, balance major increase/decrease analysis, depreciation validation)
- Calculate dividends and follow up booking and rates
- Validate closing preparations (SR, AR, FRX & BR) & opening dates (AOD, FOD, BOD, COD & POD)
- Verify Mgt closing (EBIDA, EBITDA, Share Capital, RE, PL integrity, etc.)
- Control Mgt consolidations (monthly, constant & FY constant)
- Financial-Management BS-PL reconciliation
- Booking central manual correction/reclassification entries for consolidations (Mgt & financial)
- Rebates incidence to be booked based on report provided by JDE
- GRP presentation & reporting to MAF Group
- External auditors support and data analysis
- Dubai economic marker survey reporting
- Manage BOFC-BO data sending (rules, mapping, analytics link(interface), verify in BO)
- BFC report design (new reports, change of existing reports as per Mgt requirements and support)
- Manage and control BFC dimension builder
- Category builder for all categories (CoA, formulas, flows, linked rates & error controls)
- BOFC - BPC interface

BPC Key Responsibilities:
- BPC administration (manage dimension members)
- BPC end user support & training
- BPC FYP preparations (processing BOFC data, conso scopes, exchange rates)
- BPC data entry & consolidation validation
- Manage BPC multiple consolidations with different FYP categories
- BPC-BO interface
- Manage central data in BPC (ODATE, year of opening, same stores & POD)

Major responsibilities:
Consolidation, management & financial reporting, analysis, training & support

Requirements

- SAP Business Objects Financial Consolidation (BOFC) administrator
- SAP Business Objects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) administrator
- Hard worker, responsible, accurate, technical & functional problem solving in limited time
- 4-5 year experience (preferably in similar role)
- B.Sc. Degree in Commerce / Finance or equivalent
