Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 35,000

Edge Resourcing is searching for an experienced luxury Boutique Manager to join a very successful high end Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutique, based in Qatar. You will be key in driving high levels of customer service, maximising sales, developing VIP relationships, and managing the day to day operations of the Boutique.

The successful candidate will:
- Inspire, motivate, train and develop a team of 10+ sales specialists.
- Maximise sales performance, customer service levels and conversion rates within the team.
- Ensure each team member is assigned sales goals and monitor their achievement.
- Be a brand ambassador, manage clientele development and build strong VIP relationships.
- Implement merchandise concepts in line with brand guidelines and local market preferences.
- Conduct regular store meetings.
- Coordinate Sales promotional activities, trunk shows, and contests.
- Oversee stock management, inventories and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure the Boutiques optimum performance at all times.

Requirements

- 5+ years retail experience with at least 3 years of management expertise within a luxury retail environment, preferably watches and jewellery.
- Able to lead, motivate and train your team. Be an inspiring manager.
- Passion for luxury retail and a strong understanding of the luxury retail environment.
- Commercially strong with proven ability to help increase performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organization skills.
