The RoleThe RoleObjective: Finishing foreman managing and supervising the construction activities of interior finishing works for restaurants, shops, villas, hotels,... Main responsibilities : Manage and supervise labors and trade contractors Manage and carrying out all construction activities on site including the application of the necessary quality control, productivity of labors and trade contractors, safety measures, ... Reporting to : Construction Manager Subordinates : Trade foreman Other interactions : procurement department Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 6 months Working hours : 208 hours per month + overtime (as per job requirements) Commission / Bonus : Bonus scheme for overtime and performance |
