Our client is one of the worlds leading construction support services and facilities management companies, operating in both public and private sectors throughout the globe.
Seeking a Fit Out Manager to oversee designing, refurbishing and fitting out of commercial office space.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a technical engineering discipline, and have at least 5 years managerial experience.
Requirements
Parkhouse Bell is recruiting a Fit Out Manager for our client, a global leader in construction support services and facilities management, currently working on one of the largest projects in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Fit Out Manager will work with tenants throughout the full fit out process from design to handover, coordinating with site managers and teams during the build process. You will need to be proficient working with and interpreting CAD/3D images, ensuring any errors are resolved before going to build.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a technical engineering discipline, with at least 5 years managerial experience, preferably in the MENA region.
