Job description / Role
Development and implementation of asset lifecycle management processes, and capitalizaiton processes
* Develop and implement processes related to asset tracking and capitalization tasks
* Alignment between finance and other department teams on all areas related to projects delivery, asset value, asset tracking
* Responsible for CIP regular updates
* Responsible for PAC and invoice approval for different vendors and functions
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Business Management, or Engineering.
* Three years experience in similar role.
* Excellent command of both written and verbal Arabic and English.
* knowledge of Telecom and IT equipment and systems
* knowledge in process development and process implementation
* knowledge of Oracle ERP (Asset Tracking, Procurements, AP, AR, Inventory and others
* Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Projects, Sharepoint
* Strong coaching and team building experience.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong Analytical skills.
