Al-Futtaim Motors are the sole distributors for Toyota, Lexus and Hino brands in the UAE. Al Futtaim Motors enjoy's undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota and Lexus, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Fleet Administration Assistant.

Job Purpose:
To execute all administration transaction related to corporate department and to coordinate with other department for all activities related to sales operation and team member. Maintain regular reports required by department head and top management

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Handling administration issues related to corporate department.
* Handling paper work and formalities related to government business (Tenders), and government registrations.
* Coordinate with other departments for all issues related to corporate team ( HR, Marketing)
* Handling demonstration and fixed asset branch vehicle transactions. {Requesting H/O - Arrange insurance & registration. Re-sale & replacement}
* Handling special approvals and license from government departments required to complete any special job for corporate projects
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to corporate manager and top management

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in administration roles

Job-Specific Skills: A good level of IT skills with MS Office suite.

Behavioural Competencies: Hard-working and flexible, trustworthy, good interpersonal and communication skills.
