Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fleet Coordinator who is looking forward to revolutionize the Middle Eastern transportation industry
You will be required to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all drivers on our system
- Sell the idea to Limousine companies so we can use their cars in our fleet
- Constant communication with Limousine companies
- Be the focal point for all help & support required for Careem drivers
- Recruit high quality drivers and motivate them to dedicate more and more time for Careem rides
- Ensure our drivers follow Careem customer standards
- Train our drivers on our technology and customer service experience
- Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly
- Communicate with our call centre in Dubai
Requirements
- Good at driving relationships - both with drivers and their companies
- Strong communicators - can train drivers on our systems and processes
- Persuasive - they are able to communicate our value proposition to drivers and able to get limousine companies to work with us
- Highly organized - they are able to drive and implement strong processes
- Technology aware - they are able to grasp our technology and systems
- Above all else: passionate, super - committed and to be able to drop all else for your work when called for
- Driven to push the business forward
- Prepared to work wherever and whenever
- Switched on and accessible all the time
- Excited and fulfilled by the work
