Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all Rental branches within Dubai and the Northern Emirates are continually stocked with clean ready to rent vehicles. Further to this manage the relationship at all levels between the rental logistics and  Rental sales team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Operations (Supervision of shift supervisors)
* Oversee allocation of daily reservations and collections manifest for all branches in Dubai and Northern emirates and allocation of vehicles for all bookings
* Source vehicles from various branches for walk in requirements (escalations only)
* Ensure dirty vehicles are moved from different branches in a timely manner to ensure smooth flow and parking of clean vehicles (escalations only)
* Ensure all Sale exchanges take place within a timely manner
* Ensure all unhappy customers, service booking and unscheduled bookings
* Reporting
* Send daily fleet report
* Send daily reservation vs utilisation report
* Send daily walk in report
* Abu Dhabi vs Dubai Fleet review
* Off Sell justification
* Customer complaints and resolution
* Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Deal with all escalated customer challenged as per the agreed process.
* Implement, maintain and update all ISO 9001:2008 policies as per complaint management procedure
* Document all complaints and submit to complaint manager as per agreed process
* Carry out monthly personal development sessions with each member of staff
* Attend and lead regular operational and team meetings
* Maintain and develop relationship between rental logistics, branches and management.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Professional communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
* Excellent customer interaction skills

Minimum Experience:
* Over 2 years' experience in managing people in a customer service environment

Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent team building skills
* Demonstration of leadership qualities
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to plan and organize effectively
