Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Achieve target of Fleet sales and all showrooms on Units & Gross Profit.
- Being a key member of Business Plan & Ordering Team provide necessary valuable inputs.
- Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers to build strong RENAULT Brand.
- Ensure Sales Executives create lead for all enquires & proper follow up is done on all the leads to generate maximum Sale.
- Suggest strategy to manage old stock cars.
- Cost Management. Look into all the areas of reducing cost.
- Maintain proper control of Custom papers & Traffic Letters.
- Ensure cheque clearance prior to registration and delivery of vehicles.
- Ensure Customer paper is not released unless cheque is cleared & all other documents received.
- Sale letters to be signed only by Fleet branch managers and copy of the sale letter to be retained with them
- Ensure all vehicles sold are checked as per RENAULT standards prior to delivery.
- No vehicle to be registered before collections of money/financial documents
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement Fleet Marketing activities.
- Ensure that all the Sales Executive have adequate knowledge & skills to perform their jobs.
- Carry out Annual Appraisal of the Sales Executives as per their KPI performance.

Requirements

- University /College graduate
- Minimum with 7+ years experience in selling new cars to fleet, rent a car and SME
- Presentable, dynamic, assertive and able to work under pressure
- Leadership skills (plan , organize , Direct and implement) and able to lead and motivate a large sales team Good communication skills,
- Fluent in English (spoken & Written), Arabic language would be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in MS office, Oracle software background is an advantage
