Fleet Sales Section Manager - Saudi Arabia

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Fleet Sales Section Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Fleet Sales Key Account Manager. This position will be based in KSA.

Candidates MUST be based in KSA and have KSA experience in the automotive industry.

JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop and achieve overall Fleet Sales Strategy and business plan objectives in the KSA Region in line with the Company's Middle East corporate strategy.

Key Financial dimensions:
- Providing input to the budget development
- Tracking and monitoring the budget
- Authorizing expenditures
- Tracking revenues

Key Responsibilities
- Developing annual fleet business plans/strategies and monthly forecasts/updates on lead pipeline
- Develop pricing, supply & allocation plans (in collaboration with Marketing and Car Flow)
- Identifying market size and segments
- Developing new potential accounts
- Track and report monthly/annual key account KPI's
- Proactively developing and supporting a culture of high quality Fleet Sales Management practice across the regions to ensure strategic operational improvement
- Ensure that Company's Fleet Operation Management dealt efficiently and effectively in line with Middle East guidelines
- Improve fleet business by organizing special events, incentive trips and etc.
- Collaborating with Marketing on developing and implementing fleet marketing by tracking the budget and coordinating launching, advertising, marketing intelligence activities
- Maintaining close and regular contact to key decision makers at national priority accounts, including resolving issues and escalating to appropriate stakeholders at Company's manufacturing sites as required
- Improve fleet customer satisfaction by monitoring Fleet SSI/CSI Survey implementation and results, take corrective actions when necessary

Operating environment:
- Each Market in the region is unique in terms of their demands, legal legislation and financial institutions. It is difficult to utilize off the shelf solutions for all.
- Marketing and Sales plans to be made annually and followed up monthly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years work experience, with experience in automotive fleet sales
- Experience in KSA/GCC, automotive sector, and building new teams/organizations
- MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Language: excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required

Driver's license: Required for the job.
