The RoleThe RoleOur customer is seeking to establish a VVIP business aviation enterprise in Dubai, with the Middle East being one of the most dynamic, fastest growing aviation markets in the world. The goal is to establish a top-of-the line flight operation for the most demanding customers in the region, with the latest design of business aircraft being our everyday working environment. Â Currently, the fleet comprises of an Airbus A 319 and a Global Express BD 700 jet. Backed by a German business jet operator with more than ten years of experience in the VIP market, safety is our highest priority. Â Regular training at the best airline facilities is part of the routine. This is a team of dedicated professionals who ask for challenges in their everyday work and are not afraid of treading on new grounds.We are looking to recruit a female VVIP Flight Attendant to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for the safety, comfort and well-being of the passengers aboard our aircraft. Â You will be expected to work self-dependant but within a crew of three to four. Your role will be to: * Ensure that safety regulations aboard are being observed * Provide inflight service tailored to the wishes and needs of our customers * Work target-oriented in a dynamic environment * Be open to give and receive feedback on a regular basis * Be able to accept a leading role in your work area * Co-ordinate tasks with supporters and suppliers * Organise work and service procedures * Ensure communication and information flow with the cockpit crew You will be our direct contact with the customer from boarding to disembarkation. Making use of your high class work equipment, backed by a team of service professionals, you will provide our passengers with the best possible service experience. |
RequirementsRequirements* To be seriously considered suitable for this role, you must have experience in a VVIP/ First class service environment. Experience as flight attendant is beneficial but not imperative. * You must be passionate about service and be willing to stay on the team long term to provide personal consistency with our customers. * You are expected to be aware of cultural distinctions and to be a team player. * In a highly dynamic working environment, adaptability and resilience will be your best qualities. * You must be willing to relocate to the UAE and hold a valid driving licence.
