Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leads the scouting, deal construction and closure of business opportunities for Flight Services Sales.
- Secures the necessary internal approvals by advocating the customer requirements and selling the business case to management to ensure quality deals.
- Balances the enterprise, business unit and customer goals to meet and drive Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
- Act as lead negotiator throughout the business negotiation process to help secure customer commitments.

Obtains commitment and approval from internal stakeholders to support changes during the negotiation process by:
- Leading the preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team.
- Leading review process with management by balancing customer expectations and Boeing resources.
- Leveraging detailed understanding of both customer and Boeing needs and resources to find areas of alignment and integration.
- Negotiate and finalizes commitments, ensuring mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing.
- Driving sales and campaign activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of the customers' needs and developing the final material.
- Leads the development of strategy and tactics using in-depth knowledge of customer needs.
- Helps crafts campaign specific strategies, procures resources and secures management commitment to ensure successful execution.
- Helps ensures strategic alignment with the customer, Long Range Business Plan and regional and country objectives.
- Establishes, maintains and expands network to address customer needs and keep lines of communication open.
- Develops customer solutions by coordinating and integrating with internal and external processes and divisions to provide a competitive advantage and to foster business growth with acceptable margins.

Qualifications and experience:
- Commercial aviation background Aviation training business experience preferred Working knowledge of regulatory (EASA or EASA and FAA) operational requirements. If not flight operations and or maintenance experience for terminology and functional concept knowledge
- University degree Minimum Bachelor degree, Business or technical plus business or management as a second degree. Master degree preferred
- Sales experience - actual sales experience is required (i.e. 5 or more years), ideally with an OEM and a history of generating leads and closing sales
- Project management skills
- Proven track record to manage resources, multiple tasks and activities at once
- Standard business English
- Ability to communicate in a clear and succinct way using correct grammar and clear speech
- Ability to adapt to various audiences
- Social skills and ability to work with others
- Able to work well in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Can operate effectively both as an individual contributor and team player
- Professional presentation Superior grooming skills
- Non English languages Nice to have: good command of at least one of the following foreign languages; Russian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese
