Food & Beverage Manager

Job description / Role

My client, one of the leading fashion and lifestyle retail groups in the Middle East who operate over 50 franchises across the region are looking for a Regional Food and Beverage Manager to manage one of their franchises.
The role requires an experienced brand manager, essentially with Food & Beverage experience to manage the following responsibilities;
Engage and manage communications between the franchisor, the suppliers and the global teams.
Manage the expansion of the brand.
Raise the brand profile.
Develop the in store teams to achieve a higher profile of customer service.
Manage and push the level of customer service delivered across the region.

Requirements

Experienced in Food and Beverage Management.
Experienced in brand management.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership/employee management skills.
Experience in communicating with franchisors, suppliers and global management teams.
