Our client is a local company established in 2002 who has gained extensive experience in the local real estate market. They have a robust portfolio of services such as investing, developing, asset management, property management and hospitality.
The client’s hospitality division is seeking a new Arabic speaking Food and Beverage Operations / Owner Representative to oversee, coordinate and manage all aspects of a new hospitality project in the heart of Doha. The role will handle all prelaunch activities such as design and landscaping advice, supply of kitchen equipment and furniture, recruitment of staff and design / supply of uniforms, logistics of staff accommodation / transport etc., installation of phone, IT, office equipment and supplies as well as obtaining all legal and regulatory licenses for running a food and beverage outlet. You would also be supervising a team of around 3 staff who will assist you in this process.

Requirements

The client is seeking a male Arabic speaking candidate with around 7 – 10 years’ experience in a food and beverage managerial role who has worked in world famous restaurants/outlets.
