Job description / Role
My Client is a UAE based company, which manufactures and markets a well integrated range of mass-market consumer products.
The company has now grown from a local company to an international company, which invest in building winning brands that continuously seek to create value for the consumer.
They are looking for a Food Chemist to join their respected team, which will be based in their Sharjah Office.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related course
- Worked extensively with LCMSMS or at least have exposure for a period
- Conducted food testing using HPLC with various Detectors (including MS-mass spectrometer)
- Minimum 5 year experience in developing, validating and implementing analytical methods in Food Chemistry laboratory
- Knowledge of laboratory health & safety, Quality assurance and related scientific theories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
