As this role does not report into a principle brand located within another location you will hold full responsibility for the brand strategy development and implementation. You will be able to take what is already working well to a new level and identify areas of immediate and long term improvement. Looking after several restaurants across three geographies means you will be travelling for a significant amount of time but this is essential as were looking for a hands-on leader who can drive a business forward from the front.

Requirements

We are looking for high calibre business managers who have considerable experience within a full service/ full kitchen environment. You must have historic success in leading complex teams and have an appreciation for European cuisine. It is imperative that you have an excellent operations background and understand P&L accountability and how to influence this.

Your team will look to you for strategic input and direction. As such you will hold the ability to expertly strategize initiatives and effectively communicate them.
