Job description / Role
- To assist in the implementation, monitoring and control of policies and process assisting retailers to understand their obligations as per Dubai Municipality and DMCC requirements.
- Be responsible for conducting food and health safety inspections for all retails within Concordias scope and responsibility.
- Would be responsible for ensuring that all retails are implementing and complying with Dubai Municipalitys requirements, rules and regulations.
- Attend monthly meetings and highlight non conformities to the committee and make recommendations for corrective action
- Identify and assess operational risks within retail areas of JLT and escalate where appropriate.
- Promote a positive health safety and environmental culture among employees
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a food safety environment including demonstrated ability to deliver training.
- Educated to minimum diploma level in food safety, food science or equivalent
- HACCP Level 3 qualification
- Holds a valid UAE Driving License
