Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned Food Service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers in Food Service channel
- Implement all market activation activities to build brand development and maximize brand performance in Food Service channel
- Work closely with supply Chain, Marketing, DP & Sales Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Identifying market potential in order to establish New Account in Horeca achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation, and food subsidies when appropriate.
- Create understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends

The job requires to travel within KSA.

Professional Skills:
- Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Sales, Marketing
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
- A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively

Business Skills:
- Strong business development skills
- Experience in handling big food service contracts and deals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Confidence and integrity
- Organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Written and verbal communication skills

Experience Required:
- Work experience of 3-5 plus years in Supervisory level
- Prior work experience in an FMCG environment with exposure to food service sales
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
