ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- MUST have at least 8 years of work experience in the UAE / KSA Food Service sector
- Be able to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively while being able to approach senior managers for help when required
- Understanding of food manufacturing and production
- Strong marketing and creative thinking skills
- Good stakeholder management skills and direct management experience
- Experience with a big name brand, either with an MNC or leading Regional business
- Degree educated in any subject, ideally to MBA standard
- Exceptional English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ideally Arabic speaking, but Western educated candidates will also be considered
