The RoleThe RoleThe Company: This award winning multi disciplined Group of companies has a strong local and international presence in providing the best in class tourist & leisure facilities through a number of sectors including hotels, sporting, F&B and leisure. As part of a new outlet in Dubai that aims to target both local / expat and tourist customers with an excellent mix of casual dining both during the day and evening this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to build what promises to be a highly successful venue. Key Responsibilities: • Overall management of the venue’s food & beverage section including alcoholic bar • Implement new & existing policies & procedures to ensure the successful opening of the venue • Full financial management of the daily venue operations • Recruitment, training and on-going management of your staff in various departments • Be an hands on manager in providing exceptional customer service experience and repeat customers • Be involved in the marketing campaigns both prior to opening and on-going to attract and retain a loyal customer base • Partner with relevant business in order to sponsor and event manage to ensure high level of local presence • Ensure the venue is compliant with all internal & external, government related health and safety requirements at all times |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in managing the Food & Beverage Outlet in an international 4 /5 star hotel or bar / restaurant venue • Ideally experience of being involved in a new venue opening but not essential • Some local experience of the UAE / Gulf region relating to hospitality / F&B would be strongly regarded • Diploma or Qualification in Hotel management / Leisure / Tourism • Excellent people skills, strong communication in English is critical with a high level of customer focused service |
