Job description / Role
- Visit customers as per the assigned routing plan with specific objectives set for every meeting
- Maintain the sale of existing customers without losing any SKU and ensure a consistent growth by adding new SKUs as per the customers menu requirement
- Know your customer's menu to identify needs.
- Familiarize the customer with the company's procedure for order placing and delivery
- Pro-active in identifying new customers and increasing customer base as per the set target
- Negotiate with the customer within the given price limits while maintaining the highest possible GP
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business preferably with Hotel & Restaurant Management specialty
- Minimum 2 years in sales role, preferably in an FMCG organization (Food distributor or Brand owner)
- Previous experience in a Food industry or operational experience will be an added advantage
